We have been so happy with the instructors and techniques our kids have learned at Tran's. It's a special group of people that are kind and patient. Our kid's (girl aged 5 and boy aged 7) confidence levels have dramatically increased and they are learning lifelong skills of how to protect themselves, discipline and courage. My son Wilder started in the little dragons program and has now moved up to the youth Muay Thai program. He absolutely loves it and it has been great for his confidence. Master Hai and his team are great. They lead, teach and instill discipline when needed. The community is also really robust and welcoming. Couldn't be happier that we found Tran's!

Both of my boys have been training with Hai and his martial arts program for about a year and a half now, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. What started as a way to channel their energy and pick up some basic self-defense skills has turned into so much more. They've gained real martial arts and Muay Thai skills, but even more impressive are the intangible lessons—discipline, confidence, and focus—qualities that are hard to teach but clearly being developed here.
